Andy Dick arrested for sexual assault (mug shot photo, video)
Comedian Andy Dick was arrested this morning for sexual assault in West Virgina. Dick was at Rum Runners bar when the incident took place.
According to the criminal complaint, Andrew R. Dick (Andy Dick) "unexpectedly and without invitation grabbed the victim's crotch, repeatedly groping then kissing him."
A press release was issued by the Huntington Police Department regarding Andy Dick's arrest.
"Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree."
The video below shows Andy Dick being led away in handcuffs, early this morning. Dick was asked why he was being arrested to which he responded "People grabbing on me."
The video was taken by news channel 3 WSAZ.
Dick was already on probation for a sexual battery charge that occurred in 2008. Dick received probation for the sexual battery charge caused by him pulling down a teenager's top outside of a restaurant in Murrieta CA, Radar Online reported.
