Teresa Giudice, charged with 41 felony counts including mail and bank fraud, may be in jeopardy of losing her place on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” if she has to go to prison or is placed on house arrest.

Even Andy Cohen is uncertain about what will happen once Teresa Giudice is sentenced, according to a March 10 interview with E! Online. Cohen did say that the ladies of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” are filming now for next season, which means much of the Giudices legal troubles will be included. Cohen said that the footage that will be included will be “quite dramatic and different than anything we’ve ever seen before.”

Asked if he thought Teresa would continue to be able to film “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” if she is placed on house arrest, the Bravo executive said that no decisions can be made until Giudice is sentenced. Teresa is sentencing is set for July 8, and Cohen says, “Then we’ll all talk”.

Andy Cohen said one of his concerns is how what has been filmed and will be shown in next season’s “RHONJ” will affect the Giudices children. Teresa and Joe Giudice have four daughters, Gia, 13, Gabriella, 9, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 4. If both Joe Giudice and Teresa Giudice are sent to prison at the same time it is unclear who would be appointed as a legal guardian for the girls.
