Andrew Perez of WALA-TV leaves position of news reporter at WALA-TV

According to the official Facebook pages for WALA-TV and Andrew Perez, he left the position this past Friday, April 18th, in accordance with his plan to relocate to Miami, Florida to work for WPLG-TV, one of the local TV stations licensed to serve Miami (he had worked for another TV station licensed to serve Miami before joining WALA-TV: it was WSVN-TV).
