Super middleweight champ Andre Ward will join Al Bernstein and Steve Farhood to call the action on this Friday's edition of ShoBox: The New Generation.
Ward is coming off an impressive run of performances, culminating in three 168-pound world titles and the winner of the Super Six World Boxing Classic.
The card will be headlined by the WBA junior bantamweight clash between Rico Ramos (20-0, 11 KOs) and challenger Guillermo Rigondeaux (8-0, 6 KOs)
The card's opening bout will see Matthew Villanueva (6-0-1, 6 KOs) battling Mike Ruiz (8-1-1, 3 KOs) in an 8-round junior bantamweight bout, while Guy Robb (7-0, 3 KOs) faces Joel Diaz Jr. (6-0, 5 KOs) in the second fight of the night.
Ward will commentate on the first two bouts before Antonio Tarver joins his broadcast team to call the main event.
ShoBox will be televised on Friday night at 11 p.m. ET/PT (delayed on the west coast) from the Palms Casino in Las Vegas.
