Cassandra Clare’s “Clockwork Princess” tour has officially begun. Last night Clare, Maureen Johnson and Sarah Rees Brennan kicked the event off in Arizona. They are now on the road heading for Las Vegas. My virtual assistant and special correspondent will be on site from their L.A. stop on the 21st.
“Clockwork Princess” came out yesterday. It is the final installment on Cassandra Clare’s Internationally bestselling Infernal Devices series. It was also announced yesterday that her next book, “City of Heavenly Fire,” the final installment in The Mortal Instruments will be out March 1, 2014. But can fans wait that long? Well, they won’t have to wait for more of popular character Magnus Bane. The first story in “The Bane Chronicles” comes out April 16. Maureen Johnson and Sarah Rees Brennan co-authored “The Bane Chronicles” with Clare.
