It is the day after Christmas. Presents were opened and joy was shared. Many were traveling from here to there. There was food preparation and reunions from long separations. One of the unspoken and hoped for ingredients is peace. Family and friends were hopefully having good conversations and avoiding strife. The atmosphere is wonderful with peace.

God sent Jesus. He came to bring a peace that cannot be found from any other place. He is called the “Prince of Peace.” The Holy Spirit cultivates and manifests peace if allowed in a situation. Peace can overtake hearts and minds. The focus must be trusting in God. God is mighty and is strong for those who believe in Him. He calms and allows His rule to overtake for the victory.

Challenge: Believers, ask God for peace and receive it. You will overcome and conquer. Just keep your peace and let God fight the battles!"
