Ancient Spanish Monastery, Venetian Pool and CocoWalk in Miami (Photos)

You can start out your day at the Ancient Spanish Monastery in North Miami. How often do you get a chance to visit something like this? They even hold weekly church services here. At the entrance where you pay admission is an exhibit room and you will also find very inexpensive used items for sale. The garden grounds are wide spanned lovely surroundings. The buildings walk around in a square with a garden and fountain in the center. They also hold concerts here which must make it amazing and intriguing. 16711 W Dixie Hwy, North Miami Beach. Now you can go spend the day swimming all around the huge Venetian Pool in Coral Gables. It was built in 1923 with coral rock. It feels like you're swimming around Venice. It is a hugely wide spanned pool area that you can cajole all around while admiring the architecture. The facilities include a bathroom, lockers, showers, concession area and parking. Though Saturdays are very busy so you may want to choose another day because it may also take awhile to obtain parking and sometimes there's a wait for your food at the concession. 2701 de Soto Boulevard, Coral Gables. Now you're ready to set out to CocoWalk for dining, shopping, clubbing or strolling the evening away. 3015 Grand Avenue in Coconut Grove.
