Anastacia cancer return forces tour cancellation

Anastacia has cancer again. On Feb. 28, the LA Times reported that Anastacia's breast cancer has returned and she has been forced to cancel her tour. The pop star set to embark on a European tour in April but after being diagnosed with cancer for the second time, she must begin treatment and she will not be able to tour as planned.

"I feel so awful to be letting down all my amazing fans who were looking forward to 'It's A Man's World Tour.' It just breaks my heart to disappoint them," Anastacia said on her website (via the LA Times). Although she will not be able to tour, Anastacia still plans to write and record new music while taking on cancer again.

Anastacia had cancer back in 2003. She was also diagnosed with Crohn's disease when she was 13. She has had a super strong attitude and has managed to tackle every ailment that could have brought her down. She remains hopeful that she will be able to battle back this time as well -- and her fans are certainly pulling for her.

"Now more then ever, she is determined to live by her motto 'Don't ever let cancer get the 'Best of You!' A born survivor, Anastacia has one goal and that is to make a full recovery with the support of her family, friends and everyone around her," read a statement on the singer's website.

Anastacia's cancer prognosis is unknown.
