Analysis: Sandy Hook shooting and ‘Anonymous’ hack attack have similar roots

A tragic school shooting that left 28 dead and a security breach on a government website both play directly into the hands of a global agenda to strip more freedom and rights from Americans.

First, the Sandy Hook massacre in Newtown, Conn. was turned into an opportunity to promote gun control. Now the government is sending out smoke signals about Internet security at the same time Anonymous announced it took down the U.S. Sentencing Commission website. Congress has trouble agreeing on controversial topics and thankfully some members still refuse to approve unconstitutional laws. Conveniently, that paves the way for executive orders by President Barack Obama, as we have already seen with gun control and Internet regulations.

“Hactivist” group Anonymous claimed it took over the government website Saturday to avenge the death of Reddit co-founder and Internet activist Aaron Swartz, who reportedly committed suicide. Swartz faced 13 felony federal charges that could have kept him in prison the rest of his life. Loved ones blamed his death on an over-zealous government that relentlessly pursued him for downloading several million academic files from JSTOR, a database of academic journals.

On Friday, prior to the Anonymous attack, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said in news reports that a catastrophic Cyber 9/11 attack - one doing potentially as much damage as the terrorist attacks on the Twin Towers - is eminent.

Two days later, the Pentagon unveiled plans to expand its Cyber Security force by more than fivefold, according to the Washington Post.

“The move, requested by the head of the Defense Department’s Cyber Command, is part of an effort to turn an organization that has focused largely on defensive measures into the equivalent of an Internet-era fighting force,” the Washington Post reported. “The command, made up of about 900 personnel, will expand to include 4,900 troops and civilians.”

On Jan. 24, Reuters reported that Obama is gearing up for an Internet executive order to “protect some critical infrastructure and offer incentives to companies that participate. But without a new law, companies cannot be granted any kind of legal immunity for sharing information with the government and within the industry about potential threats.”

In other words, businesses will be turned into paid government informants, turning in anyone they see fit to label as a potential terrorist.

Anyone who points out these issues is also labeled a “terrorist” and is relegated to the realm of conspiracy theorists.

“The corporate, state-run media calls anyone who questions the official propaganda that’s pumped out by the government and the dinosaur media a conspiracy theorist,” talk show host Alex Jones said in a video report titled “Why People Think Sandy Hook is a Hoax.”.

“And that’s just a way to demonize your opposition and to try to get weak-minded people to not investigate the information that the alternative media is putting out.”

Jones said he faced criticism for not calling the Sandy Hook massacre an inside job. He also said, however, that it has some of the characteristics of a false flag attack.

History has proven that governments stage events to promote their own agendas. Whether recent events are completely random or something more, the end result is the same. They are exploited.

"You never want a serious crisis to go to waste,” Obama’s Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel has said. “And what I mean by that is it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before."

While promoting his Cybersecurity Act of 2012, Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn) said the U.S. should be able to shut down the Internet, similar to what can be done in China. Congress twice rejected Lieberman’s Cybersecurity Act. But then Obama signed a “secret directive” on Internet security. The National Security Agency has refused to release the contents of the directive, so its contents remain unknown to the public.

Obama issues ‘orders’
The Sandy Hook shooting led Obama to issue 23 executive orders on gun control. The list includes an executive order that encourages doctors and police to question people about their guns.

And they still aren’t done. A bill proposed by Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) would reinstate the assault weapons ban that expired in 2004 and add to it, as well.

Kurt Nimmo of Infowars.com explains the extent of the bill:

“On the chopping block are 158 specific kinds of semiautomatic firearms listed by name and others – including handguns and shotguns – with at least one specific military characteristic. In addition, the legislation will outlaw all ammunition magazines that contain more than 10 rounds. More draconian yet, the proposed legislation will target millions of so-called assault weapons already in the hands of Americans by subjecting owners to government background checks.”

In 1995, Feinstein lamented that that there were not enough votes to pass a gun control bill.

“If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States, for an outright ban, picking up every one of them… Mr. and Mrs. America, turn ‘em all in.”

An explosive debate between Jones and CNN host Piers Morgan brought the issue of preserving the Second Amendment into the living rooms of CNN-heads. The debate came about after Jones attacked Morgan’s stance on gun control and called for his deportation from America. During the appearance, Jones declared the “Spirit of 1776” will prevail if the government tries to disarm the public.

‘Arming to the teeth’
While moving to restrict the Second Amendment, the government is arming itself to the teeth, says Jones. Among its methods are purchasing 1.6 billion bullets practicing multiple military drills against the public and building massive data dump centers to aggregate information on citizens.

The Department of Homeland Security has also placed a bid for 7,000 full auto-assault weapons, calling them “personal defense weapons."

This week, a military-police “training drill,” complete with black helicopters was held in downtown Miami. The drill featured live gun fire simulation. In recent months, similar drills have been held in Miami, Los Angeles and Plainville and Worchester, Mass. Other training drills have featured military tanks rolling down the streets of St. Louis.

All of this is coupled with government documents stating that “extremists” such as Christians and gun-owners are really the terrorists and enemies of the state. Despite all of this, much of the public remains indifferent or unaware.

International ties
Globalists and others care who nothing about American freedom and worship world government would love to see a total gun ban, along with Internet laws that obliterate free speech.

The United Nations is pushing an international arms control treaty, a measure that the U.S. put off just prior to Obama’s re-election. We can expect that issue to be revisited.

Reuters reported in December: “But after Obama's re-election last month, his administration joined other members of a U.N. committee in supporting the resumption of negotiations on the treaty.” The U.N. wants to “regulate the $70 billion global trade in conventional arms,”according to Reuters.

The U.N. is also seeking an international treaty to allow governments more ability to control activities on the Internet.

The U.S. and several other nations rejected a plan in late 2012. But this isn’t over, either. May 14 through 16 will mark the Fifth World Telecommunication/ICT Policy Forum, which will deal entirely with Internet governance.

In December, China increased its Internet restrictions by requiring online users to disclose their true identities. China also gave the government the ability to delete posts it deems inappropriate. Additionally, Internet providers in China are also required to report “illegal” activity to authorities, The Wall Street Journal reported.

While promoting his Cybersecurity Act, Senator Joe Lieberman lauded China’s ability to shut down the Internet and suggested the U.S. should have a similar policy.

As new developments in gun control and Internet control unfold, we must remain watchful of the doublespeak and outright lies designed to hand our freedoms over to a globalist force.

On an even larger scale, all of this ultimately ties into the United Nations' Agenda 21, a plan to redistribute wealth and regulate virtually every aspect of human life.

Our politicians have sold us down the river - and sold themselves out to foreign interests - too many times before. That has been going on long before Obama ever stepped into the White House and it's continuing.
