Three-time World Champion Ana “ The Hurricane” Julaton (10-2-1) is set to risk her WBO super bantamweight crown when she travels to Argentina to fight the undefeated Interim Champion Yesica Marcos (18-0-1) in her own backyard on March 16.

Julaton is on a mission to take her talents on the road and prove to her doubters that she belongs atop the sport's best fighters as she embarks yet again in defending her title on enemy territory.

“ I want to show the Boxing World that I will fight anyone, anywhere at any time and will do my utmost to represent the proud Filipina Nation in the great traditions that they come to expect," a determined Julaton said.

Rest assured, Julaton's promoter Allan Tremblay of Orion Sports Management, is making sure the "Female Fighting Pride of the Philippines" won't get the short end of the stick in her opponent's hometown with a stipulation in the fight contract with Marcos’ promoter to agree to neutral officials for the contest under the sanctioning of the WBO. “Without this in place we would not have taken the fight, ” said the Canadian airlines mogul Tremblay, and added, "It was imperative to level the playing field and give Ana the best possible chance to succeed in what will be the toughest test of her career."

This will definitely be Julaton's biggest test to date since her unification title match against Lisa Brown in Canada back in 2010, and the Daly City native has taken on a "no-nonsense" approach as she plans to take the world by storm in 2012.
