After a frigid morning of 12(the record at Philly International was 7 set back in 1943, but Atlantic City and Wilmington both set new record lows of 2 and 3 respectively) we rebounded to a "balmy" 29 this afternoon. It was a day mixed with sunshine and clouds as a short wave passed by to our north. Mind you that our average high should be around 50 and then average low is just below the freezing mark.....
Overnight Tuesday lows will be in the middle and upper teens with a mostly clear sky; Wednesday will feature more clouds than sunshine as yet another short wave pushes through. We stay dry with highs in the upper 30s to near 40.
After a low in the upper 20s Thursday morning the high in the afternoon will just be in the middle 30s. By the end of the week temperatures will be around 40 with some light rain the further south and east across New Jersey from a coastal system to the south and then be 50 or better Saturday ahead of a cold front for Sunday.
