Examiner: What was the motivation to create this product?
Mr. Jeffrey Nugent: “There was much less skin irritation than the other brands. Less aggressive penetration of the skin and are buffered. Goes back to my Neutrogena and Revlon days, being able to understand women and how they feel about their skin. One of the key things that I’ve learned is no pain, no gain. The majority of women do not want the down time. A number of candidates tried PrecisionMD about a year ago. In France the peel system understood French women were less tolerant and understood that the need to be filled to heal the skin faster was at the highest level of satisfaction.”
Examiner: Do you provide training to skin care specialists on how to use your product?
Mr. Jeffrey Nugent:“Absolutely, the mandatory part of the uploading process protocol has 3 factors: 1). Being the degree of skin damage, 2). the amount of product used and 3). How long you leave the product on the skin. Depending upon the skin deep penetration may be required. Multiple trainings are important so that the professionals will know how to use the product effectively. There are individual approaches to take (For example Florida vs. New York is individualized based upon what works for them as based on climate and skin types). Account executives would work directly with them and allow professionals to learn by watching…a lot of judgment is involved. We want to enhance the practice and having knowledge on how to use the product”.
Examiner: Can licensed professionals buy your product at a reduced price?
Mr. Jeffrey Nugent: “Yes, we have list prices offered to everyone equally. Buy a set of 12 and get 2nd one free. There are very specific list prices along with promotions. Bundles based on the amount of applications to meet their needs.”
Examiner: Are you planning on expanding your product line anytime soon.
