Until last year it had been quite a while sense Venus and Uranus hooked-up. The last time Uranus was in Aries was from early 1927 until early 1935. So I suppose you could say that this sexy, spontaneous and volatile conjunction that was first felt last year had not been experienced since the mid 30s.
