Tonight's episode of "Amish Mafia" is titled, "Fall From Grace." Levi is the head of the Amish Mafia in Lancaster, Pa. When John had a buggy competition, he became indebted to Merlin, the leader of the "Amish Mafia" in Ohio. John needs money to pay back Merlin and went behind Levi's back to have a barn dance that got out of hand. Furniture and televisions were broken, the air hockey table was also broken. Now he is indebted to two leaders.
John went to a restaurant to meet with Merlin. Levi instructed Alvin to keep an eye on John, and if he sees him with Merlin to let him know. When Merlin spoke to John, he told him that he was in jail and has lots of connections. Merlin knows that Levi is headed for jail and will become someone's bitch if he does go to jail. Merlin wants John on his team and wants to have a buggy race; one on one, winner takes all. This way, he can expand his territory into Pennsylvania. John just made his second deal with the Devil named Merlin.
When he told his sister, Esther, she was incredulous. John wants Esther to take Levi out of town for a few days, so he can square things with Merlin. Esther plays along and invites Levi to go to the beach with her. She knows that he is suspicious, but she is running out of options. Levi really thinks that Esther is into him because of his power.
John sees Merlin again and confirms the deal. The buggy race is on. Levi tells Alvin that he is in command during his absence. When Jolin finds out that Alvin is in charge, he is shocked to hear that Esther went with Levi. Amish people continue to come to Alvin with their problems, in Levi's absence. Jolin tells Alvin that Crazy Dave is there to see him, to tell him that John is running a buggy race. They know that if Levi finds out, it will be horrible.
Levi took Esther to Florida, not Ocean City, as she suspected. He is going all out for her.
Merlin omes to town with his crew. Each one has a specific rrole,and each know their role. Vernon is his rright-hand man, s Alvin is Levi's. Wayne is more of a hit man for Merlin. Although he is small in stature, he has bbeaten-up en twice his size.
At the beach, Levi and Esther are walking along the surf, neither can swim, and Esther has her hair down for the first time for Levi to see. She enjoyed herself and knew that she could have a good life with Levi, but wondered how it would be with someone else.
Jolin brings in Big Steve to help Alvin while Levi is away. Jolin wants to move up in the ranks, but because he is a Mennonite, it is holding him back.
On the beach, Esther is shaking all over. She wants to tell Levi the truth about her. She tells him that she has two kids. At 14, she was raped by an Amish man. She had no idea about sex and has been single for about four years. He hoped that they could be together, but now, he is unsure. He walked to the shoreline in tears.
The buggy race is getting pprepared. Merlin hows up to remind John that he owes him money. John is in the second rrace; buggy aces are dangerous. John wins his first race. Before the final, he knows that if he loses, he will have enemies in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. He hopes to win to have Merlin off his back for good. John lost the final race, just as Jolin and Alvin show up. Alvin smashed up John's bbuggy, then Jolin dragged it behind his truck to incur further damage.
In Florida, the vacation did not turn out the way Levi wanted it to. He is offering his heart and soul to her, but she has been hurt and abused before and does not have feelings for him. As they are leaving Florida, Levi gets a phone call about John and tells Esther that John is in deep crap.
In Ohio, Merlin meets with Vernon and Wayne and tells them that Levi is weak and treats his people badly. He wants to take over Levi's territory and plans his strike.
When Levi returns, he meets with AAlvin,who gives him the info about John. While he is with Alvin, Wayne spots Levi's car and smashes the windshield and leaves Merlin's calling card on the car. Now Levi knows that Merlin wants a ffight,and he is ready with his "Amish Mafia."
