John Schmucker, a member of the “Amish Mafia” cast, was arrested in Lancaster County, Penn. According to a report that was updated on Feb. 16 by ABC 27, John Schmucker is facing several traffic-related charges.
The traffic-related charges include a hit-and-run and driving on a suspended driver's license. John Schmucker left the scene of an accident in September of last year.
“I am not surprised by this,” Lisa Cooke, from Oklahoma City, said. “They all look and act like thugs. Him leaving the scene of an accident sounds like normal behavior for them. I'm guessing he had something in his car he didn't want the police to know about.
John Schmucker was arrested, but was released on a $3,000 bond. He will have a preliminary hearing in March.
At the time of publication, it was unknown if John Schmucker is related to Abe Schmucker. Abe Schmucker was a member of the “Breaking Amish” cast. It was also unknown if Abe Schmucker would participate in the second season of “Breaking Amish.”
