A trip to Ohio's Amish country can become more special when you attend the Dutch Valley Fall Festival at the Dutch Valley Marketplace campus in Sugarcreek, Ohio on Friday, September 13 and Saturday, September 14. Sugarcreek is approximately a 90 minute drive from Cleveland.
Dutch Valley Fall Festival Kicking off the unofficial Fall season, the Dutch Valley Fall Festival offers a wide range of fun, family-friendly activities that will please guests no matter what their age.
Among the activities will be carriage rides, tasting food samples from the Dutch Valley Restaurant and Bakery, miniature garden and basket weaving demonstrations, chair massages provided by the Carlisle Inn (noon - 5 p.m. on Saturday) and visiting the animals at the Petting Zoo from the Farm at Walnut Creek
Activities for the kids include train rides, a Bounce House, face painting and pumpkin decorating (from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturday).
In addition there will be live entertainment, food stands, various vendors selling merchandise, gift shop specials and the chance to buy fresh produce from Sweetwater Farms Produce.
Hours for the Dutch Valley Fall Festival are 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Admission is free.
