Atlanta fashionistas, Sarah Jessica Parker was the Belle of the Ball as she attended the amfAR New York Gala to Kick Off Fall 2012 Fashion Week at Cipriani Wall Street on February 8, 2012 in New York City.
Donning a gorgeous pink gown by Oscar de la Renta, accessorized with a breathtakingly beautiful necklace by Carole Tanenbaum, the Sex and the City star covered up with a black leather jacket by Theyskens Theory, which matched her black shoulderbag by VBH for the evening. Reportedly, SJP also wore Fred Leighton earrings, Fenton bracelets and Manolo Blahnik shoes!
SJP also spoke at the podium as hostess, alongside amfAR Chairman designer Kenneth Cole, who she sat next to at the event as well as took pictures with as she arrived, as did many other ladies at the benefit.
Other actors attending were Stanley Tucci with Felicity Blunt, Elizabeth Hurley, Lindsay Lohan and Rose Byrne.
Roberto Cavalli, who was present with his wife Eva, was honored by amfAR and given the Courage Award for his outstanding contribution to the fight for AIDS.
Also attending the amfAR Gala amongst the well-heeled crowd were Janelle Monae who performed, and donned her signature style tuxedo jacket with flared pants.
Some of the fashion industry’s attendees included Heidi Klum, Cindy Crawford, Vogue’s Hamish Bowles, photographer Terry Richardson, and models Alexa Chung, Alexandra Storm, Natalia Andrade and Eniko Mihalik.
