American Student Government Association Conference April 13, 2013 Philadelphia,

The ASGA American student Government Association Conference will be held in Philadelphia on April 13, 2013. At the conference you will be invited to seminars to learn about and discuss best practices in student government. You will learn how to recruit students, improve student government relationships, improve goal setting, obtain public recognition for your student government, train new members and make meeting effective.
The conference is open to all college students currently in student government or who are interested in student government as well as all college administrators who work with or who are interested in working with student governing organizations on their campus. The conference is open to large or small colleges, universities, and technical institutions.
On April 13th there will be workshops running from 9 pm until 5pm. Students are also encouraged to participate in a community service project the day before or the day after the conference.
