The performers most definitely took the judges’ advice and on Wednesday night’s episode gave it their all as true singers worthy of being the next "American Idol". The top 11 were given the task of performing a cinema song and most, upon taking the judges advice went all in and the majority of the performances were fabulous.

But one performer had to be eliminated and on Thursday night, after America’s votes were tallied 3 singers found themselves at the bottom Sam, Ben, and Majesty. And for those who watched the show on a regular basis, it was obvious that Ben was the one who seemed to have taken on a whole new perspective as far as his singing and although change is good in his case did not work out and he was eliminated from the competition.

The top 10 have been chosen, they will go on tour and already are in their own particular way; winners. Only one will however, accomplish the feat of being America’s Idol and it will be thrilling to watch in the weeks to come. Caleb does stand out as one who could possibly take the grand prize, his vocals are not just magnificent, but his stage presence is latent, he appears so comfortable and at home when on stage; he has the look and it would not be surprising if he were crowned the winner.

“American Idol” runs on Wednesday at 8 p.m. EDT and on Thursday at 9 p.m. EDT on Fox.
