For the first time since marrying NHL star Mike Fisher, former "American Idol" winner Carrie Underwood stepped out for a performance on live TV. Her gig was one of the more impressive ones, as well -- NBC's "Today Show".

After showing off her diamond wedding ring, Carrie performed a number of her greatest hits -- one of them, "Cowboy Casanova", you can see below. She also talked a little bit about how life as a married woman is different:

[Married life] is a lot like dating life, actually. My husband’s working with kids at his hockey school, and I’m here!”

Carrie has also joked that the "airport" will be her primary residence for the time being, since both she and Fisher are busy traveling around the world for their own work. However, both she and Mike are fans of Ottawa, where he plays half of his professional hockey games.
