If there is one thing that can be said about "American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert, it's that fashion plays an integral role in his performances. Where would the singer be without the eyeliner, glitter, and leather pants? As a matter of fact, he even sings about them in his song "If I Had You."
Therefore, it's not that much of a surprise that the singer has some ambitious plans for a potential "For Your Entertainment" tour. When asked about who he would want on board as a designer, Adam had the following to say:
"I think Gareth Pugh is really, really talented...He uses materials that aren't typical for fabrics. He uses a lot of metal and spikes and nails and things like that. It might not be the most comfortable outfit in the world, but it's so striking."
Does metal clothing strike your fancy? The thought of it sounds unpleasant enough, but Adam typically has a knack for making thing work.
His comments about Pugh were made in the context of a European publicity tour; "For Your Entertainment" will hit stores across the pond next month.

Adam can wear anything because he looks GREAT in everything. I think just a little less makeup would be great - that way we can see more of his gorgeousness.
Adam could wear a sack and still look good. Some people have it and some don't --- he definitely does.
Adam looks great in anything he wears! He is the HOTTEST guy I really have ever seen and Adam and his new boyfriend look so cute together! The makeup really is a good look for you Adam and I wish I had the chance to meet you! your songs are butiful and so are you!
Adam can wear leather to lots of metal, spikes, nails and still look as glamour & hot. It's his voice, personality & endless energy that rock world and made who he is. He can also pull –off by wearing just his underwear, spike platform boots and lots of chains around his neck and still get the same accomplishment – Super-Star and/or Rock-God.

There are about 6 times as many google results for Susan Boyle than there are for Adam Lambert, if that says anything about popularity. Each singer has her own audience, of course, her own fans. Some people prefer one, some the other. Not everyone has the same taste. It's just that Susan has millions more fans than Adam; that doesn't make Adam irrelevant to his fans. Is it true that he's planning to get breast implants?

Adam wears leather -LEATHER- with studs, or spikes that are metal as performance clothing, he dosen't wear metal clothes !And they look stylish. Adam has great style.

Small venues are really hot. Have no idea what engineering can be done with metal (as continuous cool air); however, Tom Ford is fab for formal if you can afford him. Mr. A.Lambert has fabulous taste, so whatever he thinks is really comfortable, sexy, and unique for his history-in-the-making, I'm sure will be classically a homerun. He might consider contacting university professors in the top fabric and design colleges for submitted sketches from top students. Surely anyone who will be famous later, would love a step up dressing A.Stud himself or his band/backup singers.. dancers.. whateva.
Appending: Think they have new metal or metal-like mesh fabrics that are lighter -- platinum color. Visioning black leather pants or some tight fabric that breathes with metalica top either cut out in front like the dQ on green outfit to show chest and breathe well with nails hanging down the open sides; or like a big cowl neck that's cut way down on one side with nails dripping down vertically opening up half an X with bare chest.. nice. And black leather strips over shoes at the ankle. What if some of the mesh had rings that when u pulled on them removed pieces of clothing.. like an arm, leaving A.Lambert wearing just a write leather band on that arm. Teasing more than doing. Didn't Gypsy Rose Lee become infamously famous just on teasing really? Just a thought. Maybe what's carved on the wrist band can be a "seacret" as I like to call them. Okay.. thatttttttssss allllllll folkkkkks:)

Part of my fascination with Adam has always been the fact that he wears clothes so well. Even in our fantasies, we see him dressed, Ha! Ha! He is just so beautiful and stylish. There will most certainly be designers fighting to dress him.
