Adam Lambert is truly going global. The "American Idol" runner-up was in Canada in late January to promote the release of "For Your Entertainment," and now the album has an official release date Down Under: March 5. The singer had this to say about the album according to Yahoo! Music Australia:
"I feel so lucky to have been granted true opportunity to work with some of the top producers and writers in popular music...This album is a reflection of their genius and the collaborative energy that they were gracious enough to share with me."
As we know well here in the States, "For Your Entertainment" features a variety of collaborators from Lady Gaga to Pink to Muse. Adam's album should reach the 500,000 sales mark by the time final numbers are released later this week.
The singer has been taking a break since the Grammy Awards, but we should expect to see more of Adam leading up to concert events in New York (with Kris Allen and Allison Iraheta) and Indio, California.
As always, feel free to share your thoughts below and stay tuned for more news.
