Adam Lambert and Kris Allen get along far better than you would expect two competitors on "American Idol" to; for evidence, all you have to do is look at what Kris recently told the Malaysia Star about his fellow reality show alum:
“I’m just really happy for Adam and I know he’s happy for me, too. Even on 'Idol' it was never really a competition between the both of us. We were just doing our own thing, you know.”
The lack of "competition" between Adam and Kris has been evident over the course of the past several weeks. Adam tweeted a congratulatory message when Allen's "Live Like We're Dying" hit #1 on the VH1 Countdown, and the two have talked extensively about their friendship since "Idol" ended. It also certainly doesn't hurt that the two went on a rather long tour together over the summer.

This is a bond of two open minded people and there love of music. We should all follow by example.
ADAM & Kris are appearing together this Friday along with Allison Iraheta. That should be a great concert. Hope someone takes some videos of it. I'm sure all their fans would love to share it too.
