The question on everyone's mind in terms of Adam Lambert still has no definitive answer. Is there going to be a follow-up to "If I Had You" here in the United States? If you listen closely to the end of one of the "American Idol" singer's new interviews in Malaysia, you will hear him express a good deal of doubt on if "Fever" or "Sleepwalker" would ever see the light of dead on the radio:
"I don't know if there's any other singles coming off the album, no, because they want to have a new album out by spring or summer."
While this does not entirely slam the door on having either song out there, it would take some pretty major motivation (and money) to have another song out on the charts before the next album launches.
If it does happen, it appears likely that they would take the massive risk with "Fever." Would radio stations play it in a conservative country? That's the real question, even if we know that fans would request it. The song of course also has Lady Gaga's name attached to it, which never hurts from a publicity standpoint.
As for a specific date we would find out about another single, there isn't one -- however, it's probable that we would hear the news within the next month. Do you want to see another song happen, or are you content to wait it out?

If they will release FEVER, we will buy the hell out of it and the number of sales will knock RCA's hat off! Radio stations will play it unless they want to miss out on a huge increase of listeners. Are you listening media, we will reward you for playing good music?!!!
They should definitely release another to hold us over until spring that is a long way away. Fever or sleepwalker, either is fine for me. I love them both and depends on the mood which One I decide to listen to. Release ot at the right time so when it goes big he can qualify for awards.
Fever is a fantastic song, and I would LOVE to hear it on the radio! I wish they'd released FYE here, but apparently it's too "suggestive" for poor conservative ears. *snort* Adam has a HUGE amount of fans, very dedicated fans, and if they released FEVER, it would bring in new listeners, I'm sure. I would actually listen to the radio more if they did that, and I would be requesting every station to play it. :) Why make a fuss over a pronoun? "There HE goes..." what's the big deal? It's a great song. Just do it. :)

They should release another siongle for Adam! Come on, look at the money he pulled in on his sold out tour this year while the artists they are putting there time and fianances in for releases had to cancell shows due to lack of sales! They have an amazing artist in Adam, its time they spent some time on him! Adam can do both, release single which might put his cd to Platinum and release new music for summer! Adam will probably be perfroming at Jingle Balls (at least he is the most requiested to appear at them) and he could promote new single at them!
Fever is definitely a seller. If there is such concern over the "he" - change it to universally "we". This may be more inclusive to more people. Sleepwalker: very intense, very rock; be willing to go to that place of exercising someone or something. I think AFTERMATH is the transitional song that the World can really use right now. An extended version would be sweet.

Adam isn't expressing his ambivalence about a new single. He's merely re-stating what his label has told him, although frankly, 9 months is plenty of time to release a single and see it reach the top of the charts. Ambivalent would mean he himself has conflicted feelings about it. He may or may not feel ambivalent, but that's not supported by the content of this article. Just pointing that out because the headline is misleading... (I am a big fan of yours, Matt!).
I personally love Fever, but feel that Sleepwalker would appeal to the masses more like his current hit WWFM. When he sang Sleepwalker on Jay Leno twitter blew up & Adam began trending.I really hope that at least one of the songs will be released though!!!
