Although Adam Lambert may have slipped below Katy Perry's "California Gurls" on VH1's Top 20 Countdown, the "American Idol" singer is still getting plenty of support north of the border.
For the fourth straight week, Adam's "If I Had You" is sitting pretty at the #1 spot on MuchMore's "MM Top 10". The fans over at Adam Official have created a diligent voting campaign, and so far it has worked to keep songs such as "California Gurls" at bay.
This top position is once again a reflection of Adam's performance in Canada, where his chart positions have typically been higher than here in the States. He has received more airplay in the country, and is also selling more copies digitally.

Please do not think that IIHY is only #1 cuz of AO! Adam is loved here in Canada and thats why his video is #1 plus its the best video there!!!! Give Adam the credit that is due! His video and song ROCK!!!!!

I wish he was at number 1 on VH1 where he deserves to be, but he got beat by California Gurls and Airplanes. I'm okay with that since they're great songs and happy that he's still sitting above Eminem and John Mayer.

Adam official Adam's website is in bad shape. The site is slow and the posting is all screwed up. I don't know what is going on. I hope it gets fixed, but it's been like this for over a week. I wonder if Adam is aware what bad shape his site is in? If not he should know.
As for Adam doing great in Canada that is awesome. I request on Z100 for If I Had You and everyday. I also vote on the vh1 countdown for the video.
@terie - I agree with you 100%. I kept pleading with the fans both on AO and Twitter to ignore that silly poll that carried no weight and spend the time on VH1. Maybe peeps learned their lesson and will stop taking the bait on stuff that has no value to Adam.
Hell ya! We want Adam to break the record at MMTop10 of 8 weeks at #1. He is now starting on Week 5, and was #1 again today. #3 was a disappointment at VH1, but new dawn, new day! No more distractions from me, with all the really silly polls! Main focus is VH1 and MMtop10!
Weird how he is doing well in many countries abroad but floundering in the US. Was the AMA fiasco that big a deal? He's turning into something of a Robbie Williams.

His videos are dominating VH1 and MMTop10, he's headlining his sold out tour of over 70 venues (while top name acts have been canceling shows left and right)which he is taking international this fall, WWFM is well over Platinum not just in the US, but in multiple countries around the world, his new single, If I Had You, is moving up the charts here and internationally and his CD, For Your Entertainment, has officially sold one million copies worldwide. Not bad for a debut. There are a lot of singers out there that wish they were "floundering".
