The top 10 finalists have been revealed for what many anticipate to be a very exciting season of American Idol 2013. It all began with a stadium of hopefuls and finally got narrowed down to only 10 contestants who will sing for our votes each week.
America got to have a say in picking the finalists this season, and here they are in no particular order:

- Burnell Taylor
- Curtis Finch Jr.
- Devin Velez
- Lazaro Arbos
- Janelle Arthur
- Candice Glover
- Angie Miller
- Audrey Holcomb
- Kree Harrison
Each finalist was asked to sing a “victory song” when they were chosen for the top 10. Unfortunately, for the contestants whose names were not called, they had to sit and listen to each chosen finalist sing. The remaining 10 had their dreams come to an end, while the others were most likely bursting inside with hopes of becoming the next American Idol.
We say a sad farewell with lots of luck for the future to the 10 contestants who were not chosen to move on for American Idol 2013:
