"American Idol" season 12 begins on Jan. 16, 2013. A complete list of the top 20 girl "American Idol" contestants was just leaked a few hours ago. Below are the confirmed top 20 female singers that will be making it through the Hollywood round of auditions.
"American Idol" introduces many young singers and their stories to the viewers but a lot of the highlighted hopefuls simply don't make it very far in the competition. To see which idols will make it all the way to the top 40 scroll down and view the list of spoilers but if you would rather be surprised please do not read any further. Many of the 2013 American idols auditioned in season 11 so the names may sound familiar.
