“American Horror Story: Freak Show” is set to begin in just a few weeks. Fans have been waiting since earlier this year for details regarding the show. Slowly but surely new information is being handed out. Last week the official premiere date and a teaser were released. According to an August 24 report from Entertainment Weekly, Matt Bomer will be appearing in one episode of “American Horror Story: Freak Show” this season. Creator Ryan Murphy had to work around Bomer's schedule in order to make the appearance happen because he has been filming the sequel to “Magic Mike.”

Matt Bomer isn't the only big-name guest star slated for an appearance on “American Horror Story: Freak Show,” Patti LaBelle has also signed on. Several of the same actors from previous seasons will be running the show including Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, and Frances Conroy. There is very little information available about the characters this season. Fans do know it will be a carnival setting in Florida, and Lange will be the master/owner.

A new teaser was released this past weekend. Creepy is a good word to describe what fans are expecting from “American Horror Story: Freak Show.” Sarah Paulson announced she would be playing conjoined twins, but that is the only confirmed part of the freak show fans know about. There has been mention of a scary clown being added, but it unknown which actor would play the character. One thing is for sure, Ryan Murphy doesn't disappoint when it comes to this series.
