“American Horror Story: Coven” has not premiered yet this season, but it is being heavily talked about. This year the story is focused on witches, which is something that hasn’t been touched yet. There are several familiar faces returning including Evan Peters, Taissa Farmiga, and Jessica Lange. According to an article posted by E! Online on October 4, the writers of “American Horror Story: Coven” will pair Farmiga and Peters together. This is exciting news for long-time fans.
During the first installment of “American Horror Story,” fans fell in love with Taissa Farmiga’s Violet and Evan Peters’ Tate. The two unlikely lovers were twisted and perfect for one another. When the second season of the show didn’t incorporate Farmiga in, fans were devastated. When the news was announced that creator, Ryan Murphy was bringing back Farmiga, things became more exciting. The chemistry between the two is undeniable. It was also mentioned that the character Farmiga is playing, Zoe, kills people by having sex with them. It is a very odd predicament, but one that will be dealt with.
Several other names have been added to the cast including Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, and Angela Bassett. From what fans can tell, it looks like this installment is going to be good. “American Horror Story: Coven” is set to begin on October 9 on FX at 9 p.m. CST.
