Value Drives Visits to America's Top Destination Spas

Health, wellness and value all play an important role when it comes consumers choosing to visit a Destination spa, according to Spas of America's annual ranking of the Top Destination Spas of 2012.



“Destination Spas offering personalized health and wellness programs in beautiful outdoor settings continue to prove popular with North American spa consumers,” says Spas of America president Craig Oliver. “These wellness experiences play a very important role in the lives of people interested in taking a proactive approach to their own personal health and wellness. The Top Destination Spas of 2012 includes 20 spas in the United States, 4 spas in Canada, and one from Mexico.

Spas of America’s global audience is: 70% women; 90% USA/Canada; 25 to 65 years; $75k to $250k HHI; leisure and business travelers; and health, wellness and lifestyle oriented.
