Just recently, it has been announced that the Department of Homeland Security is stockpiling ammunition for training and duty. Such action has led some individuals to be a little suspicious, prompting conspiracy theories (source: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/02/14/why-is-department-homeland-security-buying-so-many-bullets/).
Meanwhile, there is an alleged statement by a Homeland Security informant, which is as follows:
"We are preparing for massive civil war" (source: http://www.fiscalconservatives.com/videos/nXg2WsNCrW4.html).
If that wasn't enough, Obama is supposedly asking his military commanders if they are willing to fire upon American citizens (source: http://www.reagancoalition.com/articles/2013/20130125006-obama-litmus.html).
Needless to say, Obama must be anticipating a rebellion.
Of course, he is wanting to cut the Defense Department by 20% (source: Fox News) which would make the military a little less unreliable during the course of a rebellion, especially if the rebellion was nationwide. Would federal, state, & local enforcement be enough to put a stop to it (presuming they are loyal to Obama)? Would the Occupy Wall Street come to the aid of the Obama Administration? How about various other liberal groups?
And the most disturbing question: should civil war break out, then how would the rest of the world react (especially America's enemies)?
Only time will tell.
