Today America has certain requirements that are as fixed as our unalienable rights themselves because they are integrated into one. Unalienable rights are explicitly protected by the Bill of Rights.

One cannot live without economic security, that is derived from a sustainable economy, that is made possible by government creating a competitive and most desirable environment for commerce. Once cannot live without military protection and homeland protection in the form of security mechanisms funded by people through taxes and managed by government.
One cannot pursue happiness in the absence of sufficient opportunity for employment and entrepreneurism. The mechanism for that is via public and private enterprise partnership in America.
Upward mobility is essential for the pursuit of happiness as well as economic security.
People in poverty is an unacceptable condition because those in that condition cannot pursue self-sufficiency and are denied self-determination.
Mechanisms for social security for a lifetime include both public and private mechanisms whereby public is via Social Security and Medicare programs managed by government, and by private mechanisms managed by people through investment mechanisms.
Clean air and water are essential for humanity, living on our precious Earth. People and their institutions have damaged both and have created a condition under which humanity is threatened by abuse. That requires government to regulate and to enforce standards for living and working that preserve the environment and that serve to mitigate damage already committed.
Without progressively improving education and training, individuals and society fall behind, and lack the ability and capacity for economic sustainment. Therefore,education mechanisms are a critical success factor.
“Liberty” is synonymous with freedom. Because people share common resources that begin with land, air, and water resources among others, it is necessary of individuals to yield some individual freedom for the common good. In that way, more individual freedom is assured while less is at risk through cooperation, collaboration, and consensus. That is the American way.
Individuals must be kept safe in order to optimized return on their personal resources, and that is why government must have mechanisms to ensure personal safety. At issue is to what degree must individuals depend upon themselves for personal safety versus depending upon government services.

Today, there exists a persistent need to increase revenue for different purposes:
1. Revenue for individuals for self sustainment
2. Revenue for government for society protection and services and corresponding jobs for workers
3. Revenue for business enterprise for producing goods and services that concurrently create jobs for workers
4. Revenue for legacy obligations
