Not the Face! NOT THE FACE! A models face is her meal ticket to a successful career. For Lisa D’Amato former winner of America’s Next Top Model All-stars her face has met an unfortunate freak accident that has caused her some serious injuries.
According to E! online, the model/actress was on the set of a movie in Colorado when the accident occurred. D’Amato told People magazine “We were just kind of monkeying around”. D’Amato said she was doing a handstand up against a crew member when they took a nasty fall. Lisa landed on her face crushing her nose and the crew member fell on top of her causing more injuries to her face”.
D’Amato who has been modeling since the age of 12 took on the challenge of trying out for America’s Next Top Model on a dare from friends of hers who were obsessed with the show.
D’Amato earned herself a place in reality TV fame by becoming known as the; Tell it like it is girl, ready to speak her mind. AOL Entertainment voted D’Amato as one of the most memorable contestants and as the tenth biggest villain in Reality TV by TV Guide.
