May 19, 2011 - The Next season of America's Next Top Model is going to be an All-Star edition, with models from past shows coming to compete again. The CW has now revealed who the cast of 14 girls is going to be.
From the names on the list, we can speculate that Cycle 17 of ANTM is going to be a wild one, as some of the most dramatic past contestants have been selected to compete once more.

Putting all these strong an even vindictive personalities under one roof is going to guarantee a very eventful show. Some of these memorable girls include this season's Alexandria who quickly made herself known as the over-controlling anti-social girl of the house.
Other drama queens and trainwrecks include Brittany, cycle 4, who got drunk at a designer party, the arrogant Camille, cycle 2, Lisa, cycle 5, who drank excessively and Bianca, cycle 9, who was always arguing and went bald in the makeover episode.

But, there are also some interesting All-Star contestants who were remembered for more positive things, such as Allison, runner-up cycle12, who was said to be the most likely to be in a Twilight movie, Laura runner-up cycle 13, who struggled with dyslexia but made it to finals, and Shannon, runner-up cycle 1, who refused to do a nude photo shoot.
Then there is also Isis, cycle 11, who was the first, and so far the only, transgender contestant on the show, and Angelea, cycle 14, who was actually in cycle 12 as well, making this her third time on America's Next Top Model.
Having girls from the very beginning cycles will also add a new dynamic of having older girls compete for the first time, as at least one girl, Camille, is over 30. This also means that the prizes may be different this time around, focusing on something else besides high fashion or younger-targeted magazines.

With all these new factors, the All-Star America's Next Top Model cycle 17 should be extremely entertaining, no doubt about that!
