A month after spending a long stretch of time in the hospital, Nick Cannon is now taking a step back when it comes to everything that he has going on in his life.
In a new statement, the "America's Got Talent" host announced that he is leaving his morning radio show to focus more time on his recovery after dealing with some severe blood clots:
