Never forgetting the evil that occurred on 9/11 includes never forgetting the families of our brave fallen first responders.
Many hundreds of police and firefighters entered the World Trade Center knowing they probably wouldn’t come out.
These were Americans with families including young children, some they never met yet. The children of these heroes deserve our love and respect as well as our help.
America’s 9/11 annual motorcycle ride is this Friday, Saturday and Sunday and dedicated to all of the victims and first responders murdered by fascists that fateful day.
The ride occurs in August so that in September the three sites and families are respected.
The ride itself is an incredible journey starting in Somerset, PA on Friday, then to the Pentagon in VA and finally to the World Trade Center on Sunday.
One of the more moving aspects of the memorial ride is the people along the way who come out to see the riders and pay their respects. These are patriotic Americans in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey and New York. If you are near the route it’s truly worth your time to honor the fallen.
Special thanks go out to Barb’s Harley Davidson and Highland Harley Davidson. The America's Foundation has awarded many scholarships including for college educations.
You can help too and accommodations and sponsorships for riders are needed.
Additional information can be found on the America’s 9/11 Ride website.
Never forget. Never surrender.
