Update: Hopstial authorities have identified the woman as Woods' mother-in-law Barbro Holmberg. She was treated for stomach pains and released.
Update: Radar Online is reporting that the woman taken to a hospital early this morning has been released. Witnesses described the woman as being in her 50's with blondish gray hair. That fits the general description of the mother of Woods' wife Elin Nordegren but it is unknown if it was her.
A woman was rushed from Tiger Woods' home in an ambulance to the same hospital where Woods was treated for his car accident.
The hospital wouldn't confirm the identity of the woman. The ambulance was being followed to the hospital in a black Cadillac Escalade, similar to the one Woods was riding in when he crashed. A woman in that SUV strongly resembled Tiger Woods' wife Elin Nordegren.
There have been reports that Woods' mother-in-law and Nordegren's twin sister had been staying in the home.
