Amber Rose isn’t just a model anymore, she’s an artist too. With a new single released and a welcomed response by the music community, she’s going to be heard from a lot more. Sharing her journey into music with the fans, Amber discussed her new career move on Saturday as she came to Los Angeles for the 54th Annual Grammy Awards
"When you go from Modeling to music a lot of people don't want to be the first one on the band wagon,” said Amber Rose backstage at the Grammys. “They are scared and they think that it is going to flop and they don't want to co-sign what they don't want to hear.”
That beginning has changed up significantly as the entertainer now has the phone ringing off the hook to connect on a jam. After dropping her first single, people got a glimpse of her sound and liked what she offered.
It’s definitely not easy being taken seriously in the business, but Amber Rose is confident. She is going to be working with some prominent entertainers who have already indicated they want to be part of her upcoming album and get some radio play.
