Amber Portwood recently got out of prison and it looks like she is joining the social media world. Never one to have a Facebook or Twitter account, the former “Teen Mom” star recently started tweeting to fans and has already racked up over 26,000 followers on the site. According to a Mar. 24 report, she is using the social media network to help her through her hard times.

Amber Portwood tweeted to her fans, “Thank you guys for helping me through this hard day..sending so much love back! Goodnight and sweetest of dreams <3”

Even though she has had some hard struggles in her life, prison seems to have really changed the former “Teen Mom” star for the better. Once an addict, Amber Portwood is now sober and focusing on the important things in life. In fact, the main thing that she seems to be focusing on is her daughter, Leah.

Amber Portwood appears to spend a lot of time with her daughter and little Leah seems to be the main thing that is encouraging Amber to continue her sober life. It is great to see that the former “Teen Mom” still has a huge fan base who wants to see her succeed.

There is a chance that fans will get to see her back on “Teen Mom,” too! After the Being Amber, Being Catelynn, Being Farrah, and Being Maci specials did so well, there is talk of bringing Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell, Maci Bookout, and maybe Farrah Abraham back for some more original “Teen Mom.”

Some rumors suggest that the girls don’t want their kids around Farrah Abraham, though, who since her “Teen Mom” days has ventured out into the world of adult entertainment. The rumors may or may not be true, but it has been confirmed that Amber Portwood is fine with working with Farrah Abraham again.
