Amazon announced on Wednesday that it’s embracing the binge and premiering all 10 episodes of its original drama "Transparent" on Sept. 26.
The entire first season will be debuting exclusively in the U.S. and the U.K. on Amazon Instant Video. Deals to make the show available in other countries will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
"Transparent" is a dramedy about a quirky L.A. family starring Jeffrey Tambor, Judith Light, Gaby Hoffmann, Amy Landecker and Jay Duplass. It's written, directed and executive produced by Jill Soloway.
The show was one of six series picked up by Amazon from its second pilot season. Other shows include the hour-long dramas "The After" and "Bosch"; the half-hour classical music dramedy "Mozart In The Jungle" and the kids shows "Wishenpoof!" and "Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street."
Amazon's third pilot season premieres this Thursday and it includes two hour-long dramas and three half-hour comedies.
