Amazon discounts ‘BioShock: Infinite’ to $30 and ‘Borderlands 2’ to $15

Amazon has heavily discounted several video games published by 2K Games. According to listing updates from the online retailer on Sept. 18, both “BioShock Infinite” and “Borderlands 2” saw significant reduction in price.

Amazon discounted “BioShock Infinite” by 39 percent on consoles in addition to 50 percent on the PC. As a result, customers can purchase the first-person shooter for $29.99 on all three platforms. The Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 version of “Borderlands 2” was also dropped by 53 percent to the sale price of $14.99. The PC iteration of the open-world cooperative role-playing game has also been discounted to $19.99. “Borderlands 2” came out for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms exactly one year ago while launched on the same three systems on March 26 of this year.
