Amato's to the rescue

Are you someone with a job that has unwieldy hours? Are you a person who is lucky to have a few quick minutes to gulp down a meal at lunchtime? You have to eat, right? Even if some employers only give lip service to the ‘are you sure you took your half hour break?’ thing and could care less if you actually get any food into yourself during your 8.5 hours with them.
Advocate for yourself!
Maybe you’re at the mall with your teen-aged daughter who is in ‘shop till you drop’ mode and you only have a short time to squeeze in some food between Claire’s and Bath & Body Works. Fortunately, it is (usually) not as much work to get your teenager to eat as it is to get away from your job for a half an hour.
Consider checking out Amato’s for a quick bite to eat. Amato’s has many things going for it:

  1. It’s quick to get in, get your food, and get out.
  2. They have a good variety to choose from: many types of subs, calzones, pizzas…salads, too. Try an Italian, which includes Genoa salami, capicola, prosciutto, and provolone.
  3. They have dessert, too, so you will have some emotional support to get through the remainder of your work day. Just sayin'.

If you get to the end of your shift and realize you never did get to eat a darn thing, Amato’s can help you there, too. Pick up a Pasta Bucket or a couple of pizzas (to eat on your) on your way home. You can check out their menu in advance here.
There are lots of Amato’s in Maine; you are sure to pass by one on your way to wherever you are going. Next time, stop in.
