An Amanda Knox interview is on its way. Knox sat down with Diane Sawyer for her very first interview since she was acquitted on murder charges in Italy. On Feb. 11, ABC News confirmed that the interview will air in primetime on Tue. April 30 at 10 p.m.
As most people know, American Knox spent four years in jail after being convicted of murdering her British roommate. Her attorney's submitted an appeal and Knox was granted freedom in Oct. of 2011. Since re-adjusting to normal life, Knox has written a book titled "Waiting to be Heard." Her interview coincides with its highly anticipated release.
The Amanda Knox interview will give her a chance to tell her side of the story -- something that has been kept quiet since she was arrested back in 2009. Many are wondering what she is going to say, and while this is expected to be very emotional, plenty will be watching her facial expressions, movements, eye contact, and other signs that she may be lying -- or telling the truth.
"Knox’s firsthand account of her voyage from American student studying abroad to a woman facing decades in a foreign prison will include details she has never shared," ABC News reported.
The Amanda Knox interview will likely be watched by thousands. Will you be tuning in?
