Amanda Bynes is now living in a hotel in Manhattan. She moved out of her apartment to avoid eviction from her landlord. In in a report by TMZ, Amanda Bynes has packed up her stuff and is moving somewhere else. Her landlord threatened to evict her claiming that she’s breaking the rules. Bynes received a letter from the building management stating that her lease would be terminated, not because she can’t afford her rent, but because she is a building nuisance.
The decision to evict Bynes resulted after the building received several complaints from other tenants about marijuana smoke coming from her apartment. Sources told TMZ, that she was smoking morning, noon, and night—even smoking in the hallways. According to US Magazine it was a non-smoking building, but Bynes refused to stop smoking. Her apartment was covered with cigarette butts and dirty Q-tips.
In a report on Inquisitr, instead of Bynes waiting for a legal battle, she decided to relocate on her own. Moving trucks were seen outside her apartment over the weekend. It is unclear of the hotel she is living at.
