Amanda Bynes faced eviction according to a report from earlier today at New York Daily News. Everyone has that one annoying neighbor they hope will move out soon. Apparently Amanda Bynes is that neighbor! Sources say Bynes, facing eviction, moved out of her NYC apartment today.
The 26-year-old 'She's the Man' actress has been faced with an eviction threat by her landlord, who claims "she's a disrespectful rule-breaker." A letter from management at the building where Bynes was living explained her lease would be ending because she was a nuisance. Reports say Amanda's apartment reeked of marijuana "morning, noon and night," and the actress was even spotted "smoking in the hallway of her strictly non-smoking building."
Amanda Bynes' eviction was not fought, instead the actress decided to move out on Friday to an unknown location.
Bynes is no stranger to legal run-ins. Besides an accused hit and run from last year -- She was also arrested for DUI suspicion, and charged with hitting a police car, while out partying for her 26th birthday.
Lets hope Amanda Bynes tames her wild ways a bit before she ends up with more trouble than she can handle. It's not like it would be hard. All Bynes has to do is look at Lindsay Lohan, and do the exact opposite of whatever she is doing.
