When Amanda Bynes calls Jay-Z "ugly face" one has to wonder what was going through her mind. The television and movie actress did just that on Twitter, which seems like a strange remark to make towards one of hip hop's true heavyweights.
A report from the NY Daily News on Feb. 8, Bynes sent a direct tweet with photo aimed at Jay-Z with simply the words "Ugly face." The included photo showed a picture of Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, wearing glasses. However, the 26-year-old actress retracted the tweet soon after, and never said anything further, not even an apology by tweet.
Jay-Z has yet to respond to the tweet and may not even do so. He's currently married to hip hop diva Beyonce Knowles, and has a young daughter, Blue Ivy, who he was with near L.A.'s Venice Beach on Thursday. Meanwhile, Bynes continues to get herself into hot water with the law, Twitter and important people. She previously sent a tweet out to Barack Obama asking him to fire the cop who arrested her for traffic violations.
Bynes has appeared on TV's "What I Like About You" from 2002 through 2006 as Holly Tyler. Additionally, she was in the 2009 TV movie, "Canned," and at least one episode of "Family Guy" doing a voiceover. Her most recent film role was 2010's "Easy A" opposite actress Emma Stone.
