Almost Tamed: Tales of Mayhem, Motion, & Malarky April 8-25 at Andrews Living Arts Studio

Square Peg Productions returns to the South Florida theatrical community and joins forces with Andrews Living Arts Studio for the World Premiere of Almost Tamed: Tales of Mayhem, Motion, & Malarky. Square Peg Productions (founded by Producing/Artistic Director Miriam Kulick) is a newly revised production company dedicated to producing imaginative and thought-provoking theatre with an emphasis on women's perspectives. Kulick, originally from New York, trained professionally at the Terry Schreiber Studio and has performed (and taught) in numerous theatre, television and dance venues.

Kulick, the author of the short play collection, says, "Almost Tamed is comprised of comedies and dramas from female points of view." Get ready for 6 original short plays (some tame and some wild) about women wrestling with their inner monsters.  Featured on stage are Kulick herself alongside Casey Dressler in this two woman explosion of laughs, longings and lessons.
Stuart Meltzer who is directing the project says, " I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to work on this new collection. My years as Artistic Director for City Theatre has really trained me well in the most difficult kind of play - a ten minute-ish one."
The program is being presented at the new and cozy blackbox theatre, Andrews Living Arts Studio which is located at 23 NW 5thSt in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
