Allyson Schwartz Wants Weiner Out

Rep. Allyson Schwartz, a leader of the party's House campaign committee, became the first democrat lawmaker to call for Rep. Anthony Weiner to step down after he admitted his depravity to young women over Twitter and Facebook.

“Weiner's behavior was so offensive that he has lost the ability to command respect from his constituents and brought dishonor to the House, Schwartz said.

"As Americans we have the right to expect better behavior from members of Congress, leaders of our country," Schwartz said in an interview. "I don't think we should accept it."

Rep. Schwartz said that there wasn't any democrat groupthink around her decision. "I had a very individual, personal reaction," she said. "Maybe it's because I was hearing about it as other Americans were hearing it, unfiltered by conversations with colleagues."

Her statement comes as bad news for Rep. Weiner who along with his embattled wife is also expecting.

Political experts believe that Ms. Schwartz’s decision was even more surprising since the far left usually puts the goal of hard line government one party control over all else.

Typically an elite member of this group would be excused in the same way that philandering politicians are excused by radical pro-choice women’s groups only if and when they are an ally in the war for abortion on-demand.

Therefore, this decision is even more remarkable given the pro-choice movement's hard line stance against providing any anesthesia to babies who are aborted late term or during birth.

Kudos to Rep. Schwartz for finally putting what's right in front of a far left political agenda.
