Denver soccer fans can meet former USMNT goalkeeper Tony Meola on Friday, March 22, at the “Protection is Our Game” Allstate Fan Zone before kickoff of the U.S. versus Costa Rica match. The Allstate Fan Zone, a fun and interactive fan experience, will be set up in the VIP East Lot at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a Meola autograph session from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
“There are a lot of parallels for how Allstate protects communities across the country and what goalkeepers do to protect the net during a match,” says Meola. “As for the Allstate Fan Zone, this is where we interact with fans prior to kickoff just outside of the respective stadium. I sign autographs and take pictures, and Allstate has a lot of other activities to get fans ready for the action, including ticket upgrade opportunities and poster-making stations.”
