Allison Dubois, the woman the show 'Medium' is based on, was on Bravo's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" to display her particular brand of crazy. Allison Dubois, self-proclaimed psychic and criminal profiler, was invited to a dinner party thrown by Camille Grammer to make interesting conversation, but ended up making every other woman at the "Real Housewives" table look sane with her rantings.
Considering the cast, that was no small effort.

Allison Dubois Is A Crazy B*tch: Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
A friend of Camille, Allison Dubois was intended to provide stimulating conversation for the dinner party, but ended up getting into a heated fight with Kyle after Kyle and Camille went at each other. Allison Dubois started butting in to their shouting match, acting as if she was involved in Kyle and Camille's dispute, and generally acting thoroughly obnoxious. This was in between dramatic and wild-eyed inhales off her E-cigarette and sips of her mammoth martini.
The uber-annoying Allison Dubois used the phrase, "Know that!", to punctuate every other statement that came out of her mouth and imply that if she said it, it must be fact. At one point, before the cat fights, the ladies were still somewhat interested in Allison's alleged medium abilities, and asked her some questions. "I'm off the clock," Allison explained. When Kyle pressed her, the psycho psychic started trouble when she informed Kyle her husband would "never fulfill" her.

The other "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" thought Allison Dubois was "strange" to say the least, and Denise Richards told Bravo's Andy Cohen that Allison Dubois is "from another planet" during the "Watch What Happens: Live" after-show. Camille and Kyle also made up via phone call during "Watch What Happens: Live".

During the call, Camille Grammer was asked her thoughts on how Allison Dubois acted at her party. Camille explained her friend's odd behavior at the ill-fated dinner party simply, saying "Allison has a very strong personality." She followed up with, "She makes for good TV."

Watching crazies is endlessly entertaining. This seems to be Bravo's winning formula. Get a bucn of severe neurotics and throw in one REALLY nurrtty broad in the middle and watch what happens.

Allison Dubois, wow, what a NASTY DRUNK. If she has any skills she ought to focus on self improvement. Her comments about when others die, their children going missing and whether or not others husbands stray or are fulfilled was TACKY. I think she better watch out,those words may come back to haunt her in her own life. She seems to have forgotten that what you put out in this world comes back to you. It seems she is setting herself up for a BIG lesson.
I agree! I enjoy the show, it's become a fun diversion to watch the way other people live. I like most of the characters on this particular show, but I find it hard to get around Camilles fake innocence. She is most annoying when she attempts to look "shocked" by what someone says around her, she truly showed her self during that dinner party. I felt she purposely threw Faye under the bus about playboy, just to stir the pot. In essence, she started it all over again. I felt like she started it all in NY also, she made-up with Kyle privately, only to throw it back in her face hours later, when she had an audience to play off of. What a freak!
I have admired Allison Dubois for years. Watch the show, listened to her on the radio, interviews and such....I lost all respect for the person she try's to portray herself to be...
Bad editing or not, that episode showed her personality to be scary, weird, intimidating, and volatile. She is a women who clearly cannot hold her liquor, uses her ability ( which I believe is real) to hurt and maim innocent people at will, and is just nasty in general to people she has no business speaking to that way. What a b*tch. Lost all respect. If she was truly Camille's bff, she should have shut her mouth, and tried to soothe the situation, not stir it up... or even convince her not to have the party to begin with...
Oh, and shouldn't she have "seen" this divorce coming for Camille, and warn her that her husband was an ass? just saying.....
After watching the Housewives episode with Dubois I was seriously stunned by the behaviour.... she really showed her ass to say the least. I can only hope after watching the show she realizes that her drinking to excess is not showing the best side of her personality. Sad. She ought to take a few tips from Patricia not the other way around.
What a disapointment Alllison Dubois was! She is a monster. She said, "what if their kids are missing and they call me." She does not have a gift, she has a weapon. On her website, she said she is more afraid of the living, OMG, everyone should be afraid of her! And Camille is a true ass herself.

Allison Dubois might just be the single most obnoxious, abrasive, and socially inept person I have ever seen on television. A truly disgusting character. Although I guess on the bright side, she could make a pretty effective ad for a "Drink Responsibly" campaign.

This was a new low for the Beverely Hills housewives. I didn't think any existed after New Jersey's shameful performance during the season's wrapup with A. Cohen. I was completely put off by her repugnant, catty comments. As for Camille..............birds of a feather.
It is unbelievable the way people try to get their 15 minutes of fame. I was besides myself how Allison Dubois acted on this show. Her behavior showed ignorance let alone her arrogance was notrocious. I was a fan of hers enjoyed her books and actually believed she had a true spirit. It was not her place to say the inappropriate things she did say and especially on TV. As a friend Camille should have cut her off, and apologized for her own friends behavior rather than worrying about Kyle friend.

Watching Allison Dubois was extremely frustrating. She was embarrassing herself, her name, her reputation, and just made herself look like an uneducated and opinionated nitwit. I was embarrassed for her and it looked like Camille was as well.

Allison DuBois has helped countless individuals find peace with devastating circumstances; do not let a martini-laden episode of a show about fake people detract from that fact. Allison was unedited in this episode and made no apologies for her candor, which is something most people secretly wish they could do. I'm sure each person at that table had it coming and she delivered when she was pressed...go girl!
That may be true...but there is no accounting for some of the stuff she did! The overall way she behaved was very strange; this wasn't some justifiably self-righteous stand she was making; she was just bizarre and catty! The show may be fake, but either she was being just as fake in an effort to get ratings or that is who she really is. Either way, it was scary!

Look at the earlier posts, and you will see others talking about Kelsey Grammar being involved in the show "Medium"s production. This is absolutely true. Kelsey is one of "Medium"s chief executive producers. It is CLEAR AS DAY that this is the reason that Allison is friends with Camille Grammar. She wanted to get a show made about herself because her book sales were dropping, she was running out of talk shows to get paid to be a guest on, interest in her and her "so-called" abilities was dropping also, and she obviously wanted to get as much money as she could while she could still get it, like most frauds out there do. Psychics are like false prophets in cults, or glam-evangelicals..."Believe in me and send me money!" I do not believe in psychic ability. If this woman had any such REAL ability, she would never have been on THIS show trying to exploit it. Her gravy train has obviously reached the last stop and she knows it. I would have at that point at least smiled politely, not kyle. Allisons behavior seriously disturbed me and made me sad. She was so full of herself and just vicious, the RH's didn't want to re-hash it and did you see Camille's face, it was like she was just waiting for exactly what happened. I had a bad feeling from episode 1 of RH's about Camille,she seemed so uppity and constantly needing assurance but I find it so sad that Camille's "friend's" are all the people she employs. She really is insecure and vain. Kyle seems pretty cool but she seems to just not put up with anyone's bs.

I find it interesting that Camille allegedly had Irratable Bowel syndrom and used that as an excuse to have a surrogate bear her children yet she can drink like a fish.
